Dental Centers of Missouri offers a dental discount program so that our patients without insurance can receive the care they need. All patients without insurance are eligible to enroll in our discount program.
There is a $60 enrollment fee for individuals, and a $120 enrollment fee for families (includes spouse and dependent children). Coverage from your enrollment begins the day that you sign up, and is good for one year from the date of enrollment.
The enrollment fee is waived for patients age 60 or older and for veterans.
